Am so proud of you for following your heart. I loved the voice message you left me... it brought tears to my eyes. You are such an amazing woman. I feel blessed to know you. You are in my heart no matter where you are on this planet. The world is such a better place for having you in it.
Hi Tracey, All the boys and I miss you a lot! We've just spent a night dancing to rap/reggae and 90's music - thanks to satellite radio - what a laugh. We are trying to create a weekend of fun before school starts.
We've had a great week just playing. We all went to the PNE yesterday for rides, games and cotton candy. What a fun time that was! I hope you are safe and having a good time. Remember - we are here for a good time, not a long time - and I know, that is why you are in Africa. The boys say a BIG - HI!! Take care, Love always, Gwen and all my boys P.S. - I've got some great photos Tracey - I'm keeping up on my homework.
I'm here in Zambia out of a deep passion and a sense of calling. My work in Africa is completely voluntary. If you want to make a tangible contribution to my role here, you can make a donation through Project Hope (tax receipts issued). My sponsorship letter has more details.

Hi Tracey,
So glad you have arrived safely and to a warm welcome from the people and the land.
It is a beautiful late summer evening here on the Labour Day weekend. It's hard to believe you are gone and I have to go back to work.
I'm very new at this so will keep it short.
Keep On Truckin'
Love,
Valerie
