All the Thilo family thanks you for your news and wishes you a merry christmas and a happy new year!!!

Now I have two weeks of holidays and I'll go joyfully skiing in Zermatt. It's quite good to have this break in the middle of my army.

I'd like to be there to see the kids of Kaloko receiving their chritsmas presents!

Gros becs de Georges, Georgette, Sylviane, Claude, Martin et Jérémie!

Hi Tracey...
Just wanted to say Merry Christmas to you and send best wishes for the next year.

I think about you and your work over there and am in awe.
When I take supplies from my patients and tell them that they'll probably end up in Zambia....they're very pleased.

We'll see what I gather for the spring. Maybe other stuff too.

I'm keeping tabs on the boys over here ...ie. Brian etc. He just did the plumbing for my bathroom reno, Steve did the tile( a beautiful job) and another guy did the rest of the contracting. It's fabulous!!!!!

Keep well....
Donna

Merry Christmas, Tracey !!

Hope all is well there this Christmas morning.

The kids are excited this year.
Ethan is starting to figure it all out, although doesn't quite get the timing of things. Keeps thinking it's four sleeps to Christmas and "such a long time". And when I told him it was baby Jesus' birthday, he looked at me with his face all screwed up and said "Chuck E. Cheese's?"

I'm sure you will have some very precious memories of this Christmas to last you for many more. A very unforgettable one !

We are thinking about you often and wish you a Christmas full of love and joy.

2008 will be another exciting, adventurous year for you, and you'll shine !!

Happy new year !!
Love you and miss you,
Susan and the Johnston boys.

Hi Tracey,
Merry Christmas I hope you are having a good holiday season.

I am sure that it is very different from home but I know that you are in a good situation and that makes up for a lot of things. I am sure that your african family is a great group to spend the holidays with and the joy on the little faces is probably worth more than I can imagine.
I am in for a busy day, we worked until 12:30 last night and it looks like a 12 hour day today. We are expecting between 400 and 500 for dinner today so we will be quite busy. The hotel is full and everyone eats here. It is a beautiful day here.

Happy New Year as well I hope all you wishes come true next year.
Love Brian

Hi Tracey,
Thanks for the smilebox - great pictures! Hope all is well in Africa, and that you're having a blast (it sure looks like you are). So how long will you be there and when will you be back home for a visit? To bad I wasn't heading to Africa THIS spring, I could've stopped in for a visit. Anyway, hope to see you soon, and in the meantime take good care of yourself.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
Kisses,
Claudia :)

"Sangalaleni pakufyalwa kwa nfumu ne chaka chipya - I think that´s spelt right!
Oh I wish I could be there for giving out Christmas presents, bet it will be manic and crazy as anything though.
Where are you for Christmas, haven´t spoken in ages!
I´m in Spain at the mo, with my mum and step-dad, which is a really nice break from working so much.
Merry Christmas, enjoy celebrating in Zambia
