A Smile

Everybody smiles in the same language.
And for that, I am so thankful.

Hi Tracey
Things are going well here. It has slowed down since the new year festivities are over. A bit of a welcome break. I am trying to be a tourist on my time off. I haven't found a regular team to play hockey with but I am playing shinny in Banff on my days off, as well as going for a skate on Lake Louise several days a week.
Often I go skating after work and since it is approaching midnight I am usually alone. It is so peaceful at that time and it is nice to just soak in the nighttime scenery. It is amazing what you can see at night, I went for a walk the other day to a small lake higher up than Lake Louise, it is called Lake Agnes and is about a 3.5km walk uphill to see it, it was very nice and I hope to go back in!

As always the views here are spectacular and it makes it hard to miss home, I still feel like in a strange way I am on vacation.

I hope all is going well with you
Brian
